So many of us think being self care is being selfish. That is so far removed from the truth.
The better care you take of yourself, the greater YOU, you become!
LETS BE INTENTIONAL about SELF CARE in 2024.
How do you intend to take better care of you?
It is rather simple:
You have 3 resources to help you get what you want. These 3 resources work together and each has in impact on the other.
- Your Mind – your Thinking: Is your Thinking optimistic or pessimistic? Or do you deem yourself as a realistic thinker? What are you telling yourself everyday, the whole day?
Lets intend to be more aware of what we are thinking? Lets intend to question the mind-chatter. No Judging – just questioning!
- Your Heart – your Feeling: Are you aware of what you are feeling in this moment?
Are you aware of the impact that feeling has on your Thinking and your Actions?
Lets intend to be more aware of our feelings and their impact. Lets intend to have the feelings of Curiosity and Joy more often – feelings that are so easily and naturally expressed by children.
- Your Body – your Actions: How are your New Year’s resolution holding up? The resolutions of wanting a supermodel body, loosing 5kg’s or eating more healthy?
Lets intend to make small changes towards those Big Resolutions. Lets intend do drink more water, sleep more than 6 hours a night or walk 1km a day.
Small Change …. BIG Impact
Lets intend to make these small changes because we know it will have a Big Impact on who we are and what we can be.
