Psychometric Assessments
Psychometric assessments give organisations insight and assurance when it comes to hiring and developing the right talent for their business. The preferred psychometric tools used is Saville, Six Seconds and Rally Bright.
Webinars
Engaging and thought provoking online events covering topical challenges that individuals and organisations face around the world. These events can be designed to support organisational initiatives.
Structured Workshops
In-person or Virtual Workshops are tailored to address specific individual and organisational development needs. It is practical, interactive, thought provoking and drives sustainable behavioral change. Workshops are supported with pre- and post-workshop interaction; including but not limited to psychometric assessments, individual and team projects, industry expert talk analysis, video vignettes.
EXAMPLES:
The below pre-designed workshops can be delivered as standalone Interventions or be ‘plugged’ into an Organisations existing Development Framework. The workshop content – examples and case studies – can be adapted to suit the Organisations environment.
The EQ101 workshop is designed as an introduction to Emotional Intelligence (EQ). It focuses on increasing participants knowledge of the topic and the impact of EQ on all aspects of life, both personal and professional. It further discovers the purpose of emotions and the importance of understanding the effect they have on the body. The participants have the opportunity to investigate how to put EQ into Action daily. Through this 3 Step process participants will be empowered to move from reacting to responding and in turn have the impact they want to have.
The workshop is highly interactive in which learning is optimized by sharing of experiences and brainstorming alternative solutions to habitual patterns.
Duration: 1 day/ 2.5hrs E-learning
The EQ4Success workshop is designed to be both an interactive and self reflecting intervention that aims to help participants realise their true potential through increasing their self awareness, improving their behavioural decision making and ability to influence; and build trusting relationships.
An online Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence assessment – the SEI Development – forms part of the pre-workshop work to assist participants identify their Emotional Performance (as perceived by self) and EQ competencies that they may not be utilizing correctly, if at all.
Duration: 2 days
The Resilience workshop(s) can be delivered as one workshop covering Individual Resilience and Team Resilience or as standalone workshops.
In these dynamic workshops individuals learn about the domains (Meaning, Emotional, Mental, Social, Physical) that drive individual and team resilience and action plan interventions to ensure sustainable performance on an individual, team and organisational level.
The workshop is highly interactive in which learning is optimized by sharing of experiences and brainstorming alternative solutions to habitual patterns.
Duration: 1 or 2 days
The Relational Intelligence (RQ) workshop aims to increase individuals’ ability to successfully connect with people and build strong, long lasting relationships. The framework of the workshop is based on the 5 essential skills of Relationship Intelligence as identified by Dr. Adam Bandelli, a leading expert on human behaviour and relationships.
The workshop is designed to be highly interactive in which learning is optimized by sharing of experiences and current knowledge of topics and brainstorming of alternative solutions to habitual relationship patterns as identified in the Emotional Intelligence workshops.This workshop will focus on developing individuals’ ability to understand, manage and deepen relationships effectively in order to achieve professional and personal success.

The Leading with Emotional Intelligence workshop is designed to be an intense, self reflecting intervention that aims to assist Leaders in realising their true leadership potential through increasing their self awareness and impact of their actions on others; improving their behavioural decision making and ability to influence others to higher performance and discovering their Leadership legacy.
An online Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence assessment – the SEI Leader – forms part of the pre-workshop work to assist participants identify their Emotional Performance (as perceived by self) and EQ competencies that they may not be utilizing correctly, if at all.
Duration: 2 days
An intervention that aims to enable leaders to create a context that allow others to excel. Through a Leadership Vital Signs 360 (LVS 360) assessment, leaders realise their leadership impact and effectiveness. The focus of the intervention is to increase their self awareness, improve their behavioural decision making in order to influence and focus the team to execute effectively; not only to create a vision of change but to maintain focus and adaptability to pursue operational needs.
The online Six Seconds LVS 360 – will form part of the pre-workshop work.

Coaching
Group Coaching
Group coaching creates an intimate conversation space amongst peers that lead to a synergistic experience of new learning. Each interaction is focused on goal setting (individual and collective), deepening awareness around key issues, learning, taking action, and accountability. The sessions are dynamic, short and impactful.
Team Coaching
Team Coaching is a development journey that challenges a real team to maximise its performance in service of meaningful organisational goals.
The team coaching process helps teams align around a common purpose in service of all stakeholders, establish an inspiring vision, define clear roles, commit to team accountability, make powerful choices and take effective action.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching provides an one-to-one relationship that is bespoke to the individual. Psychometric assessments — Self- or 360degree Assessments — form the basis of the intervention. Results are seen in sustainable improvements in performance, team dynamics, personal and professional effectiveness, confidence and resilience. The sessions are goal focused and challenging.
Insights Facilitation
Facilitation of ‘off-site’ meetings by an external party can assist in unlocking insights & inspire positive change for individuals, teams, and organisational leadership teams. Our tailored approach brings the benefits of objectivity blended with skilful facilitation to enable meaningful change.
