Chantel is the founder and Executive Director of Grey Insight. She is trained in Clinical Psychology, holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Change Management as dissertation focus and is certified as NLP, mBIT and Team Coach. She is also certified on Six Seconds Toolkits, Saville psychometric tools and is a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
Chantel is passionate about partnering with clients to co-create transformational change interventions. Her global experience lies in Organisational and Leadership development on a group, team and individual level in both the corporate and commercial world.
Chantel’s belief that ‘Excellence is doing a common thing in an uncommon way’ – Albert Einstein, inspires her to create and facilitate dynamic development initiatives that push individuals, teams and organisations beyond their own perceived boundaries and limitations.
Outside of work she is an avid rider of any 2-wheel mode of transport and being from South Africa, enjoys the outdoors with her family.
